New video: changes to permitted development

We have a new short video on our YouTube channel that explains the new permitted development rights that allow additional storeys on houses and bungalows, and additional storeys on blocks of flats. There is also a summary of the new Use Class E that frees up the need for planning permission for many commercial uses.
