More appeals to be held virtually

The Planning Inspectorate have announced that more appeals will now be progressed through virtual sessions, to speed up Hearings and Inquiries. This is in response to the coronavirus, which put a temporary halt on all events. But the measures could continue into the future as an alternative to the traditional 'round the table' events.
