How likely is planning permission to be granted?

Recent research shows that there is a wide difference in the number of planning applications approved by some Councils - as much as 97% in parts of the country and as low as 63% in others. If you have been refused planning permission then you have a right of appeal. Or if you want to object to a planning application then you need to make your voice heard!
